Terms and conditions

These terms are a contract between you and Jude Boutique (“we”), which trades at judeboutique.com. We are not a limited company. Write to jamestaylorsuk@gmail.com.

By placing an order you agree to these terms, the privacy policy, and the cookie policy. You confirm you are 18 or over.

What we sell

Jewellery in gold, silver, and other metals, some set with stones. Photographs and descriptions are given in good faith. Stone weights are approximate. We do not claim any piece heals, treats, or is an investment.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. The price you pay is the one shown when you submit the order. UK mainland delivery on the current catalog is complimentary. Payment is taken through PayPal to jamestaylorsuk@gmail.com. Each order is given a random invoice number, sent with the payment. We do not store card numbers.

Your order is an offer. We accept it when payment is taken and we confirm by email, or when we dispatch — whichever is first. We may decline an order and refund you.

Delivery

UK mainland delivery is typically two to five working days after payment clears. Risk passes on delivery to the address you gave.

Cooling-off and faults

Consumers buying at a distance may cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving the goods (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Email jamestaylorsuk@gmail.com, then send the piece back within 14 days. We refund the price and standard outbound postage within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of postage. You pay return postage unless the piece is faulty or misdescribed. Cooling-off does not apply to made-to-order work once begun, or unsealed hygiene-packed earrings.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Liability and law

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. English law applies. Consumers also keep any mandatory protections of the country in which they live.
