Privacy policy

Jude Boutique is the data controller for judeboutique.com. We are not a limited company. Write to jamestaylorsuk@gmail.com. We handle personal data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

Orders: name, email, delivery address, pieces, sizes, PayPal invoice number, amount. Contact: name, email, message. The bag and cookie choice sit in your browser until you clear them. We do not store card numbers. PayPal collects payment on its pages.

Why

Contract — to take and dispatch your order. Legitimate interests — to run the shop, prevent abuse, and answer you. Consent — analytics and advertising cookies only if you allow them. Legal obligation — tax records of sales.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your data. We share what is needed with PayPal and, if used, a carrier. Order records are kept as long as the law requires (typically six years from the end of the tax year). Browser storage lasts until you clear it.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and object to legitimate-interests processing. Withdraw consent at any time. Complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

This shop is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
