Our Products

Our jewellery is made from high quality stainless steel which means they won't tarnish, colour fade and can be worn in water! We recommend you follow our jewellery care advice to maintain the longevity of your pieces.

Some of our products have an 18k gold plating which means the stainless steel is coated in a real gold plating! These products will have this stated in their description.

Ensuring the longevity of your pieces is an easy task! As a general rule of thumb, be careful what products you are using around your jewellery (chemicals, perfumes, hand sanitiser) and take care in where you store your pieces. Our ring and bangle pouches are ideal for storing and travelling. We recommend reading our jewellery care guide .

We want you to feel like you've really treated yourself so we take pride in our packaging. Our necklaces and bangles come in gift boxes while our rings come in a faux-suede pouch that is perfect for storage and travelling with. 

Returns

We will be more than happy to arrange an exchange for you as long as your product is still unused and in top condition. You have 30 days from date of dispatch to return your order and you will be responsible for sending it back to us. Included in your order should be a returns slip with all the information you need. If you don't have this, please email us so we can give you further instructions!

Please note, earrings and personalised pieces cannot be exchanged.

If you have noticed a fault with your item, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We can either refund you or send you a replacement!

Shipping

Unfortunately, Royal Mail are experiencing some delays caused by the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. This situation is out of our control once your order is with Royal Mail but if sufficient time has passed, we will do our best to track down your order and find out what's happening for you. We have our full trust in Royal Mail that your order will be delivered as soon as possible. Please get in touch with us if it has been more than 10 days after your order date.
